December 18, 2025 - Long-term Trigger Management
2 updates have been released on Omnichannel Trigger Automations:
Extended Automation TTL: We have increased the Profile Time-to-Live (TTL) within the Automation Builder from 64 days to 367 days.
This means a profile can remain waiting in a 'wait until date attribute' step for up to 367 days. Beyond this duration, they will be removed from the Automation.
Longer Delay Steps: The maximum duration for individual delay steps has been increased from 30 days to 90 days.
These features are useful for Long-Cycle Industries: Clients in sectors like Travel and Hospitality often have long gaps between a trigger (e.g., booking a flight) and the final interaction (e.g., the trip itself), sometimes spanning up to a year.
