# February 18, 2026 - Retargeting v3: Enhanced Cross-Channel Capabilities

We have released several key improvements on the retargeting feature, mainly to support new channels and retargeting events:

* **In-App & Mobile Landing Retargeting**: You can now retarget users based on their interaction with In-App and Mobile Landing messages, including delivery (In-App only), clicks, and dismissals.
* **Granular Link Retargeting (Email & SMS)**: For Email, you can now target users who clicked on a specific link by URL or link name. For SMS, retargeting is now available for shortened links.
* **Improved Push Logic**: We have updated Push retargeting to count events per device rather than per profile, ensuring consistency with In-App and Mobile Landing behavior.
* **Expanded Event Library**: Introduction of the `delivered_message` (In-App, Email, SMS), the `bounced_message` (Push, Email, SMS) and `dismissed_message` (In-App, Push Mobile Landing) events.
* **New Wait Event use cases**: Allows retargeting based on clicks on Push Mobile Landing and SMS via the Wait Event feature.
