Batch platform centralizes all your customer engagement needs in a single tool. It allows you to send **Emails, SMS, Push Notifications**, and **In-App Messages** and offers features to manage every stage of your campaigns and automations.

**Batch's Dashboard** is divided into five main tabs

4. **Automations**: set up automated recurring or trigger Email, SMS, Push, or In-App messages based on user behavior and predefined conditions.
5. **Settings**: define global settings for your channels and manage marketing pressure by adjusting sending frequency with labels and capping.
