Whether you are setting up your first campaign or exploring automation features, you will find everything you need here to get started and understand how the platform works. {% endhint %} Batch platform centralizes all your customer engagement needs in a single tool. It allows you to send **Emails, SMS, Push Notifications**, and **In-App Messages** and offers features to manage every stage of your campaigns and automations. **Batch's Dashboard** is divided into five main tabs

1. **Analytics**: view insights into your channels' performances with detailed reports. 2. **Profiles**: explore your userbase, create segments and audiences, access custom data, and view detailed user profiles. 3. **Campaigns**: create one-shot Email, SMS, or Push campaigns, from targeting to message composition and orchestration. 4. **Automations**: set up automated recurring or trigger Email, SMS, Push, or In-App messages based on user behavior and predefined conditions. 5. **Settings**: define global settings for your channels and manage marketing pressure by adjusting sending frequency with labels and capping. **Ready to create your first communications?
