How to add a pre-header to your email template

To take control of your email pre-headers, you can effortlessly add a pre-header directly within your template.

To do so:

  1. Edit the HTML file of your template directly on the Batch Dashboard by clicking on Edit email:

  1. Add a hidden div to the top of the body of the email with the following code:

<div style="display: none; max-height: 0px; overflow: hidden;"> YOUR PREHEADER TEXT </div>
