June 13, 2025 - Push analytics: Sent opt-in metric added

We're excited to announce the addition of the "Sent opt-in" metric to Push Analytics within the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), available in both Orchestration and Performance reports.

This new metric now serves as the primary basis for Open rate calculations (Open / Sent opt-in). This enhancement ensures continuity for clients migrating from our previous platform (MEP).

The "Sent Opt-In" metric is now live for all CEP Push v2 clients, and its data is available in CSV exports. Link to push key metrics documentation
