    • "Global time (UTC)" becomes "Universal time (UTC)."

    • An explanatory tooltip will detail the behavior of each.

  • Convert Universal time to your browser's local time.

  • When "Profile's local time" is used, indicate if the slot has already passed in certain time zones.

  • Add new statuses:

    • Add a "Sending" status for Campaigns in profile's local time as long as all time zones haven't passed and sends can still be executed.

    • Add a "Planned" status for Automations when the start date is in the future.

November 12, 2025 - Wait for Event

We are introducing a new timing and split feature in Trigger Automations, the "Wait for Event" step. This step allows to wait for up to 4 events over a defined time period. It works as follows: once the user enters the Event step, they are put on hold for a customer-defined duration. Two outcomes are possible:

  • The user triggers one of the expected events. They will then immediately proceed down that event's branch (without waiting for the timer to expire).

  • The user does not trigger any of the expected events. They will wait for the timer to expire and then proceed down the timer's branch.

This feature unlocks news use cases as:

May 5, 2025 - Version History

You can now view key dates related to the status and content of your Orchestrations (Campaigns and Automations) directly in the Batch dashboard. Simply hover over the status icon on the listing page or within the Orchestration's form. Users can now filter on trigger event attributes directly within a Yes/No split in Trigger Automations.

The Yes/No split now includes a second query block dedicated to filtering based on trigger event attributes, in addition to the existing profile targeting block.

.

June 11, 2025 - Email and Push v2 Send rate + Push v2 settings update

  • Batch users can now specify a Send rate on their Push and Email Campaigns and Recurrings.

  • This feature allows to manage the send rate at the Orchestration level, ensuring communications are delivered at the optimal pace for audience and infrastructure.

This feature allows :

January 20, New dashboard improvement

Various experience improvements have been released:

  • It is now possible to filter Campaign and Automation listings by Push Platform (Android, IOS, Web). Previously, it was only possible to filter by the entire push channel.

  • It's now easier to identify the health of a Campaign or Automation directly from the listing with new metrics.

June 20, 2025 - Cross-channel Retargeting for Push

It is now possible to retarget users based on wether they have reacted or not to a previous Push communication (Campaign, Recurring or Trigger Automation Step).

.

February 17, 2025 - Contextual Automation Analytics

Batch users can now analyse message engagement data directly in the builder view of Trigger Automations.

.

April 28, 2025 - Improved Segment Export speed

We've rolled out a significant improvement to the Segment export feature. Exports are now much faster, even for clients with large user databases.

On average, export times are now eight times faster! Please note that this is an average, and in some cases (when exporting a large number of segments simultaneously for example), you might see slightly different results.

June 11, 2025 - Email analytics improvements

We're rolling out two key enhancements to your email analytics within the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP):

Spam Complaint Visibility: A new column in the Mailbox Provider report for email orchestrations now displays spam complaint rates. This helps you quickly detect issues, with color-coding (Green, Orange, Red) indicating performance. Note that this metric is not available for Gmail/GSuite.

Sender ID Filter: A new "Sender ID" filter is now available in Performance Analytics for your email channel. This allows for more granular analysis of email performance by specific sender, helping you understand variations across campaign types or sending domains.

January 14, 2025 - Event targeting v2

It is now possible to target profiles based on how they interact with your brand.

With this new version of Event targeting Batch users can :

  • Target on all events, with no source limit: mobile SDKs, Web SDKs, Profile API.

  • Perform multi-attribute targeting on a single event.

  • Use a wide range of operators of different types to refine targeting.

October 8, 2025 - Entry step revamp

Entry step:

  • It will now serve solely as a Trigger step to start the automation. Only parallel automations setting will appear (when the trigger is an event trigger) because this feature is directly linked to the trigger event.

  • Targeting will be placed right under the trigger. You can now easily identify whether your Automation has targeting defined without opening the side sheet.

New: Global settings

January 29, 2025 - Performance Analytics

Batch users can now track the overall performance of their channels over time with the new Performance Analytics reports.

This feature is now the homepage of Batch when accessing the dashboard. The Profile Analytics section has been relocated to the Overview sub-tab under the Profile.

.

January 30, 2025 - Export SMS and Push Events via API

The Profile Events API Export now supports SMS and Push events in addition to email events. Batch users can now filter events for specific orchestration_ids, not just by date range.

Extra attributes have been added to email too to catch up on last months features (A/B test, multi language, machine open).

.

February 19, 2025 - Imported Tokens v2

It is now possible to import tokens from another push notification provider directly in the CEP, using push v2.

.

The status (Draft, Running, Completed...) of the Orchestration is now displayed inside Orchestration forms.

  • The targeting modal has been fully redesigned to offer a greater experience.

  • You will find the Automation Global settings in a new block on the right-hand side of your canvas. Global settings include:

    • Timing.

    • Quiet times.

    • A new Re-entry rules page, which brings together Capping and Grace period.

      • When you hover your mouse over an active setting, you can see how it has been configured.

  • Note: The block will be expanded when in draft, but in running mode it will be closed with the icons for active features.

  • Creating channel fallbacks using retargeting events in the event step (e.g., wait 1 hour for a Push Open, if not, send an SMS).

  • Managing transactional flows (e.g., wait for email validation in an onboarding scenario before processing to the next step).

  • Mainly for app updates, in-app ratings, and promoting new features.

Better visibility into how users progress through complex automations to improve flows.
  • Debugging of scenarios with delays (e.g. an email scheduled 2 months after a trigger) without having to wait days or weeks to verify whether it worked or not.

  • Apply flexible data retention rules.

    .

    February 5, 2025 - Cross-channel Retargeting for Email & SMS

It is now possible to retarget users based on wether they have reacted or not to a previous Email or SMS communication.

    .

March 6, 2025 - Grace period extension to 60 days

In Trigger Automations, grace period was previously 7 days maximum, it is now 60 days maximum.

    .

    January 29, 2025 - Targeting on Push v2 platforms opt-in

Batch users can now target users according to whether they are opt-in to Web and/or IOS and/or Android push notifications.

    .

January 10, 2025 - Push Notifications Inbox in the Customer Engagement Platform

Push sent via the Customer Engagement Platform can now be displayed in an Inbox.

    .

    February 11, 2025 - Export Segments

Batch users can now manually export their Segments in CSV format from the dashboard.

    .

    August 5, 2025 - Catalogs

It is now possible to create and manage Catalogs, which are collections of non-user-centric data (e.g., product catalogs, media articles). This data can be used directly within messages to power advanced personalization scenarios like abandoned cart campaigns, product recommendations or sales opening.

This feature introduces a new Catalogs API to create and manage catalogs and their items. A read-only view is also available in the dashboard.
