Batch AI Predict is a new predictive scoring offering that enriches customer profiles with AI-generated scores, ready to use in segments, automations, and personalization.

At launch, it covers two score families: product & offer intelligence (product affinity, recommendations, promotion sensitivity) and customer lifecycle intelligence (churn risk, future LTV, 2nd purchase trigger, replenishment, high-potential prospects) and best send time. Best send time is only usable in Automation Builder for now.
