August 17, 2026 - Cloud Sync: SFTP CSV source for Catalogs

Cloud Sync now supports a new SFTP CSV source: drop CSV files on an SFTP server and Batch ingests them automatically, with no data warehouse required. For now, this source feeds Catalogs — the product catalogs and media collections used for advanced personalization — which can be kept up to date from simple CSV exports instead of the Catalogs API. Each run performs a full, atomic replace of the catalog, so readers never see an empty or half-built catalog, and a catalog can be split across multiple files for very large exports. Available to all Cloud Sync clients, with nothing to activate. Learn more.
