Almost ready for takeoff! Run through this checklist to ensure a smooth newsletter warm-up launch with Batch.
Before sending your first emails, ensure you have completed all the steps of Batch's subdomain warm-up methodology:
Have you assessed your current email performance?
Read again the Performance Assessment guide for more information.
Set up dedicated sending and tracking subdomains for each email activity (e.g., transactional automations, marketing automations, email campaigns).
Verify each sending subdomain with Google Postmaster Tools.
(Optional) Consider setting up a DMARC monitoring tool for additional insights.

Compliance review: Ensure adherence to local regulations, Batch's guidelines, and inbox provider best practices (see "Compliance review" section).
User Base Review: Select the right user segments to begin your warm-up and populate your Batch recipient base accordingly. (See "User base review" section)

Warmup goal: Define a clear target for daily email volume you aim to reach.
Warmup schedule: Create a timeline for gradually increasing email volume for each subdomain.
Campaign/automation migration order: Determine the sequence for migrating campaigns and automations.

Campaigns/automations setup: Make sure all your campaigns and automations have been set up correctly on Batch dashboard (e.g. targeting, language, etc).
Email templates: Double check your email templates to be sure they have been optimized and everything is working as expected (e.g. links, personalization, etc).

Once everything is in order, take a final look at your email templates, automations, and campaigns before hitting send!
