# Troubleshooting

## Implementing Batch debugger

Batch allow you to attach a debug view to your app. Please find more information about it in the SDK native sections:

* [Android](/developer/sdk/android/troubleshooting.md#implementing-batch-debugger)
* [iOS](/developer/sdk/ios/troubleshooting.md#implementing-batch-debugger)

## Implementing the debugger

Here is how you start the debug view:

```js
import { Batch } from '@batch.com/react-native-plugin';
Batch.showDebugView();
```

You can hide it in an easter egg (e.g. display it after 10 taps on specific button, etc) or simply display it in your app settings for your development versions exclusively.
